從 Client 上傳到主機 (MainFrame) 的 MQ
要注意到不能夠有雙位元的字碼出現
像今天在台電的例子當中
就是因為將 put queue 的程式放置在有中文名稱的資料夾中
以致於 message header 帶有雙位元的字碼
使得主機端無法接收這樣的 message
造成訊息 lost 掉的緣故
